This Powerpoint Presentation was a group research project that we conducted in our AICE Media Studies class. The purpose of this project was to develop an understanding for our certain genre. Additionally, we were also supposed to become familiar with our genres conventions and codes. Genres were selected at random by pulling a topic out of a cup. Throughout the Powerpoint we had to answer 8 separate questions such as elements of the genre that either did or did not appeal to us. The Powerpoint also had to be colorful, creative, and have music that related. This project related to our Final Task as we developed an understanding of the conventions and codes, which we could either choose to follow or not in our Final Task.
